Privacy Policy

Overview

Penalties: Football League collects no data at all. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server: the app has no networking code in it, so nothing you do in the game ever leaves your device.

Data we collect

None. We collect no personal data, no usage data, and no diagnostics.

Data we do NOT collect

• Name, email, phone number, or any contact information
• Location data
• Photos, camera, microphone, or contacts
• Health or biometric data
• Device advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
• Analytics, crash reports, or any other usage tracking

What stays on your device

The game saves your progress locally so you can pick a season back up: your club name and kit, the current division and league table, and your settings (language and sound). This never leaves the device and we cannot see it.

Third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party services of any kind. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared, because nothing is collected.

Data retention & deletion

Because all data is local, deleting the app deletes everything it ever stored. There is nothing on our side to request deletion of.

Children's privacy

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever starts collecting anything, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described in the release notes.
