By downloading or using Baby Names, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
- Baby Names is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults (18+).
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session code.
In-App Purchases — Baby Names Pro
- Price: $4.99 for 9 months (non-renewing subscription).
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- No automatic renewal: The subscription does not renew automatically. You must manually repurchase to continue Pro access after expiry.
- Partner benefit: While you are connected to a partner in a session, your partner also receives ad-free access. This benefit ends if the session connection is broken.
- Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
- Restore: You can restore previous purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchase" button in the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Baby Names is owned by Pavel Karachev. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Baby Names is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavel Karachev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
